Peace Corps Mission and Goals

This is the mission and goals of Peace Corps, and thus as a volunteer they are now my mission and goals.

Mission:
To promote world peace and friendship.

The three goals that help achieve the mission:
Helping the people of interested countries in meeting their need for trained men and women.
Helping promote a better understanding of Americans on the part of the peoples served.
Helping promote a better understanding of other peoples on the part of Americans.

Just call me Susy homemaker!

Since coming to Floresti I have learned a lot about working around the house. I thought I was already pretty knowledgeable, but no-I am the young grasshopper who has much to learn! Below are some pics of me helping out!

Making Tomato Juice (manually-there was no electric juicer)

See all those tomatoes, my fingers were orangish red for a couple days after!

And notice there are no tomatoes, if I understood correctly, those will come later.
