Peace Corps Mission and Goals

This is the mission and goals of Peace Corps, and thus as a volunteer they are now my mission and goals.

Mission:
To promote world peace and friendship.

The three goals that help achieve the mission:
Helping the people of interested countries in meeting their need for trained men and women.
Helping promote a better understanding of Americans on the part of the peoples served.
Helping promote a better understanding of other peoples on the part of Americans.

We have arrived!!

Hi all-
Just a real quick note to let you know that we arrived last night (Thursday, June 11) . Its great so far. Exhausted, but got a great nights sleep and am ready to start my day today (June 12). Write more later.
